If this sounds intriguing or inviting to you,
then SunRise Life Groups is where you want to be. From the beginning
of time, God intended that we not be alone. God created us to be in
community with other Christians as members of the body of Christ. He
created us to do life together, to take our devotion to his Word
outside of the worship service and to live it! SunRise Life Groups
provide an opportunity to expand our knowledge of God’s Word, to serve
God by serving others, and to extend love and support in all stages of
life.
It is not the command of SunRise to gather in Christian Community
but rather it is God’s direct command and example. Jesus himself met
with twelve others on a daily basis during his time on this earth. It
is our purpose in life to work together for God and it is by our outward
expressions of faith and unity that we will serve as the light to the
world. SunRise Life Groups provide the opportunity to be living light to
the truth about God.
- Groups are forming now for all ages and geographic locations
- Groups generally meet anywhere from two to four times a month
- Groups are comprised of 4-12 people
- Group study material varies from group to group
